About the Role
Create 3D models and textures of environmental assets such as buildings, terrain, vegetation, and props. Ensure that the game environments are visually consistent and meet the established art style and technical guidelines. Collaborate with other departments such as level design and lighting to ensure that the environment assets are optimized and integrated into the game world effectively. Assist in developing and implementing new techniques and tools to improve the quality and efficiency of the environment art pipeline. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior artists on the team. Stay current with the latest industry trends and techniques in environment art and share knowledge with the rest of the team.
