SEND Learning Support Assistant - Home-Based 1:1 Support

Location: Berkshire

Start Date: Immediate Start Available

Hours: 2 hours per day, Monday to Friday (mornings)

Contract: Part-time, ongoing

Quantum Scholars is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Learning Support Assistant to provide personalised 1:1 support for a young learner in a home-based setting.

The pupil has Autism, a Visual Impairment, and English as an additional language. Having been out of formal education for a period of time, they require a patient and supportive individual who can help them re‑engage with learning, build confidence, and develop the skills needed for a future transition into a specialist SEND school environment.

This role focuses on creating a positive and trusting relationship, encouraging communication, independence, and engagement through carefully adapted learning and life‑skills activities.
