Do you have the resilience, patience, and dedication to support young people with complex needs?

We are seeking committed primary and secondary tutors to work with students across Wokingham and nearby areas who are currently out of mainstream education. Many of these learners have faced interruptions in their schooling and need consistent, supportive input to help them rebuild both their skills and confidence.

The Role

You’ll provide 1:1 or small group tuition, usually between 9:00am – 3:00pm, delivering personalised learning that meets each student where they are. Sessions will focus on core subjects and key life skills, with a strong emphasis on engagement and relationship‑building.
