Hours: Flexible, during school hours (typically 8:30am–3:30pm)
Pay: Competitive rates (dependent on experience and qualifications)
About the Role:
We are seeking committed and enthusiastic 1:1 Tutors to support pupils in the Hinckley area. This role involves delivering personalised, one-to-one education either in a pupil’s home or within a school setting, supporting young people who may need additional help outside of mainstream education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver tailored lessons based on individual pupil needs
- Support students with a range of needs, including SEN, SEMH, or those outside mainstream education
- Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and abilities
- Build positive and supportive relationships to encourage confidence and engagement
