Hours: Part-time – Monday, Wednesday & Friday mornings

The Role Smile Education are supporting a welcoming primary school in Worcester who are looking for aPart-Time Teaching Assistant (TA) . You will be working1:1 with a Year 2 boy , helping him with concentration, confidence, and classroom engagement. This is a long-term position, working mornings only onMonday, Wednesday and Friday .

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to a Year 2 pupil
• Encourage confidence and concentration in learning
• Work alongside the class teacher to adapt activities
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment

About You

• Has previous experience supporting children in KS1 (desirable)
