We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with special educational needs in a mainstream school setting in Bordesley Green (B9). The Role

Support pupils with SEN in the classroom, both one-to-one and in small groups

Assist teachers in planning and delivering differentiated lessons

Promote inclusion, independence, and positive learning behaviours

Monitor and report on pupils’ progress, supporting interventions where necessary

Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCO, and other professionals

Help maintain a safe, supportive, and nurturing learning environment
