SEN Teaching Assistant - Full Time
Location: WR3
Pay: £85 - £100 per day (based on experience)
Contract: Full time Monday–Friday until end of academic year.
Smile Education is currently recruiting for an SEN Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Worcester. This role will involve supporting pupils with additional needs on a 1:1 and small group basis, helping them access the curriculum and develop confidence.
The Role
- Provide classroom support for SEN pupils
- Deliver small group and 1:1 interventions
- Assist with emotional and behavioural needs
- Work closely with teaching staff
- Help maintain an inclusive classroom environment
