Special Educational Needs and DisabilitiesEmpowering Learning are currently recruiting SEND Teaching Assistants to work with pupils with Learning Difficulties in Haringey area. We are seeking Teaching Assistant's with a background of supporting children or adults with Complex Needs, Autism or Learning Difficulties.

Ideally you will be able to demonstrate a caring and empathetic nature towards the pupils but also remain resilitant and patient under difficult scenarios. The school would like positive and versatile SEN Teaching Assistants, with a keen interest in supporting pupils of different learning levels.

Job Responsibilities

Able to work with groups or 1:1 support within the classroom
Supporting pupils with Complex Needs, Autism & Learning Difficulties
Supervising pupils behaviour
Encourage, engage and support pupils with their learning & development
