Location: West Sussex
Pay: £92.56 - £95 per day
The Role
We are looking for passionate, resilient, and understanding SEN Teaching Assistants to join our multi-disciplinary team. You will work alongside teachers, therapists, and nurses to help pupils overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential.
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Supporting pupils in small groups tailored to their social and learning needs.
- Implementing personalised learning plans to keep pupils challenged and motivated.
- Assisting with the use of our specialist resources.
- Providing a safe, nurturing environment where every small victory is celebrated.
