English Teacher – SEN School (Qualified or Unqualified)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate English Teacher (qualified or unqualified) with strong SEN experience to join a specialist SEN school in Southend, Essex. This is an excellent opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people with additional needs.

The Role
· Deliver engaging and accessible English lessons tailored to students with Special Educational Needs
· Work with pupils with needs such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
· Plan and adapt lessons to suit individual learning styles and abilities
· Create a supportive, structured, and nurturing learning environment
· Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and SEN professionals
· Monitor progress and contribute to EHCP targets
