About the Role
Tradewind Recruitment is looking for a Behaviour Support Assistant to work full-time in Primary schools across the Thanet area starting in September. This role involves supporting children with special educational needs (SEN), including ASD, ADHD, and behavioural needs.
You will assess students' progress and collaborate with Teachers and Parents. Experience in a similar role is desirable, and ongoing training will be provided. Competitive pay rates and access to accredited CPD courses are among the benefits.
