Responsible for executing advanced electrical semiconductor device characterization in support of Micron’s memory technology development. Operate with minimal supervision and collaborates directly with cross-functional teams, including Process Engineering, Design Development Quality Assurance (DDQA), Device Engineering and Test (DET), and Scribe to meet project-level objectives and deliver high-quality, decision-ready parametric data.
