Pink Tile Education are working in partnership with a specialist Provision in the Littlehampton area, who are seeking a dedicated, resilient, and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join their team.

This provision supports children and young people aged 5–16, with a strong focus on Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 learners. Pupils are typically those who are unable to access mainstream education due to social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs, anxiety, medical needs, emotional trauma, school refusal, or risk of exclusion.

The school provides a structured, nurturing, and supportive environment designed to help young people re-engage with learning, rebuild confidence, and develop positive relationships with education and staff. Many pupils require consistent emotional support alongside academic engagement throughout the school day.
