Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a client network.
- Prioritise clients’ needs and deliver tailored HR advice.
- Provide strategic HR consulting, leadership development and organisational development.
- Operate your consultancy within the Our HR People franchise model.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experienced HR Professional, preferably with CIPD qualification.
- Authorized to live and work in the UK.
- Strong consulting and business development skills.
Location
JR UK – multiple locations including Nottingham, London (South East England) and Sidcup.
