Security Systems Technician

We are recruiting for Security Systems Technician' s to join our Nanaimo Service team. This position requires you to be a certified Electrician or Security System Technician. Here's how your role will strengthen our team :

Your responsibilities

• Working on various job sites to install, configure and commission various electrical Security, Access Control and Healthcare systems, including : CCTV Camera, Video surveillance, Access Door Controls, Intrusion Detection, Nurse Call, RTLS, etc
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, circuit diagrams and other construction documents to ensure the correct installations, in residential, commercial and healthcare buildings.
• Respond to customer service calls, trouble shoot, diagnose and resolve technical system problems.
• Work closely with customers to provide ongoing service, repairs and programming of electrical systems. Maintain accurate records of installs and service calls.
