Security Systems Technician - 14 days on, 14 days off (Oldcastle)

Overview

Convergint is currently recruiting for an experienced Security Systems Technician to join their Parachute Team in Canada. This is a mobile role with regular travel outside of local your local CTC (Convergint Technology Centre) area. This role offers a regular shift of 14 days on, 14 days off, with accommodation provided for the duration of your shift.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, test, repair, and service a substantial variety of security systems and equipment. Act as the primary technical interface for the customer and provide training to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, manuals, and specifications to determine installation requirements; interpret wiring diagrams and use advanced test instruments and hand tools for installation and repair.
