**Security Supervisor**
Are you a confident leader with strong situational awareness and a commitment to safety? We are looking for a **Security Supervisor** who will oversee daily security operations, lead the security team, and ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests, colleagues, and hotel assets.
**A little taste of your day-to-day:**
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
+ Supervising daily security operations across the hotel premises.
+ Leading, briefing, and allocating duties to Security Guards and Officers.
+ Monitoring CCTV systems, access control, and alarm systems.
+ Conducting regular patrols and inspections of guest areas, public spaces, and back-of-house.
+ Responding to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns promptly and professionally.
+ Coordinating emergency response, evacuations, and drills in line with hotel procedures.
