About the Role
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards on all shifts.
- Conduct regular patrols of hotel premises to ensure safety and security.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems.
- Investigate and document security incidents, accidents, and complaints.
- Ensure compliance with hotel security policies and procedures.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, disturbances, and fire alarms.
- Coordinate emergency response and evacuation procedures when necessary.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security reports.
- Monitor access control and prevent unauthorized entry into restricted areas.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate security staff performance.
- Liaise with law enforcement and emergency service providers when required.
- Promote a safe and welcoming environment for guests and employees.
