Responsibilities:
You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:
- Lead, support, and develop a team of Security Officers
- Manage rotas, ensuring full cover for absence and holidays
- Monitor performance, conduct 1-1s, and maintain high standards
- Oversee incident reporting and ensure compliance with procedures
- Maintain site documentation, training, and assignment instructions
- Act as first point of contact for operational issues and escalations
- Ensure effective use of security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms)
