Security Service Delivery Partner

Overview

Rackspace is hiring for a Service Delivery Manager with a background in security to support our strategic customers. As a Security SDM, you’ll be managing global managed security services accounts.

Work Location

Work Location; Mexican Rackers: If you live within a 40km radius of our Mexico City office we’d like for you to work in the office two days a week. If further than 40km you may work fully remote from one of these states Monterey, Aguascalientes, Nuevo Leon, Puebla, or Queretaro.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder relationships and deliver monthly reporting for them
• Produce data tracking and budget scope reporting for senior management
• Analyze cybersecurity/DevSecOps frameworks using dashboarding and internal tools
