About the Role
Rackspaceis hiring for a Service Delivery Manager with a background in security to support our strategic customers. As a Security SDM, you’ll be managing global managed security services accounts. Work Location; Mexican Rackers: If you live within a 40km radius of our Mexico City office we’d like for you to work in the office two days a week. If further than 40km you may work fully remote from one these states Monterey, Aguascalientes, Nuevo Leon, Puebla, or Queretaro. Manage stakeholder relationships and deliver monthly reporting for them. Produce data tracking and budget scope reporting for senior management. Analyze cybersecurity/DevSecOps frameworks using dashboarding and internal tools. Oversee the SOC operational processes and ensure that security compliance/governance is maintained. Use security data, monitoring tools, and threat intelligence to inform insights and build the big picture.
