Responsibilities
- Manages and oversees site security programs and actions in accordance with applicable security regulations.
- Develops facility support services programs.
- Sets strategies to incorporate company-wide custodial and security programs.
- Manages the department Preventative Maintenance (PMs) Program schedule and task specifications.
- Plans/coordinates facility activities required for new or existing projects. Continuously monitors facility maintenance work recommending improvements or modifications as needed.
- Plans/coordinates facility enhancements, new equipment arrivals/removals, personnel moves and area modifications.
