Security Lead

Job Description

• Develop and implement security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead risk assessment and develop mitigation plans.
• Oversee physical, personnel and asset security across Scommerce warehouses and facilties
• Manage incident response, investigations, and root-cause analysis
• Coordinate with internal teams specifically Support Lead, HRBP and Ethics and Integrity Team during Security incidents.
• Manage and lead security personnel and 3rd party security service providers.
• Conduct's performance review, training, and capability development of the Security service provider.
• Identify security risk such as pilferage, potential theft, fraud, or workplace violence.
• Monitor and analyze security reports and trends.
• Act as point person during emergencies such as fire, theft, violence, and natural disasters.
