About the Role
Job Description: Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols to ensure site safety, security, and compliance with policies and procedures. Control access by monitoring entry and exit of employees, visitors, and contractors; unlock and secure buildings as scheduled. Maintain a professional, visible security presence to deter theft, vandalism, and prohibited activities. Monitor CCTV, alarms, and security systems; investigate and respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and policy breaches. Prepare accurate incident, activity, and maintenance reports using electronic guard tour systems. Provide courteous assistance to staff and visitors, de-escalate conflicts, and support individuals in distress. Liaise with police, fire, and medical personnel during emergencies and assist with evacuations or crowd control as needed. Manage key and equipment sign-out logs, handle lost and found items, and report unsafe or hazardous condition...
