Job Description

A security guard is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises, controlling access, and enforcing security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a security presence
• Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property
• Report any suspicious behaviors and incidents to the authorities
• Secure all exits, doors, and windows after the working hours
• Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position
• Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment
