Security Guard

Overview of role

• Ensuring the security of all personnel, visitors, customer property / site and the general public
• Inspecting & patrolling premises at scheduled times throughout the shift
• Observe & report site activities and incidents with proper documentation
• Monitoring property access and report unauthorized access
• Investigating and reporting suspicious behavior, incidents, and security breaches to relevant authorities
• Enforcing client informed policies at all times
• Communicating with law enforcement, emergency medical personnel, and fire departments
• Responding to alarms and coordinating alarm response
• Must provide excellent customer service and willing to go above and beyond
