Job Skills / Requirements
Paladin Security is seeking experienced Security Officers to join our team at a shopping centre in Abbotsford.
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular foot patrols throughout the site
Provide excellent customer service
Communicate with clients, tenants, members of the public, and emergency responders
Handle evictions and de-escalate conflict situations
Write detailed incident reports
Enforce property rules and bylaws
Other duties to meet operational needs
You are a good fit if you have:
A valid BC Security Worker License
Prior work experience in the security industry and customer service
Experience handling aggression or dealing with incidents independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
