Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage role-based permissions across various modules.
- Create and manage dynamic permission groups to provide granular access control.
- Troubleshoot user access issues, workflow errors, and target population mismatches in the system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth quarterly release testing and post-release fixes are implemented efficiently.
- Detailed knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors configuration options for role management within its Learning Management System (LMS) module is necessary to be successful as a Security Consultant.
- Familiarity with Employee Central Onboarding processes for managing global personnel records including creating plans that include workflows designed around business needs.
