About the Role
Job Purpose:
The Section Manager – Fruits & Vegetables is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the fruits and vegetables section in the retail store. This includes ensuring product quality, maintaining stock levels, supervising staff, and delivering excellent customer service while meeting sales and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fruits and vegetables section.
- Ensure proper display, rotation, and replenishment of products.
- Monitor freshness, quality, and hygiene standards in line with company policies.
Inventory & Stock Control
- Manage stock levels to minimize wastage and shrinkage.
