Responsibilities

• Act as primary engineering contact for Operations on the weekend shift (Friday to Sunday, 6AM to 6PM).
• Manage priorities and handle escalations.
• Lead a team of Engineers to support operations related issues regarding installations and cabinets components on the Global 5500/6500/7500.
• Supervise and support Liaison Eng MRB related to structure and systems’ installation and provide technical support for Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) raised by Quality Agents.
• Provide guidance and ensure on-time delivery of engineering deliverables.
