About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage and organize the Service Field Manager’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
• Prepare, organize, and follow up on daily schedules and service team assignments.
• Assist in generating, formatting, and distributing service reports, KPIs, and client updates.
• Coordinate with technicians and supervisors to ensure completion of maintenance and repair activities.
• Handle internal and external correspondence, including communication with clients and suppliers.
• Support the manager in documenting and tracking escalations, complaints, and emergency calls.
• Maintain and update service documentation, job files, spare parts tracking, and timesheets.
• Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and client approvals as requested by the manager.
