About the Role

Is this role right for you?

In this role, you will:
  • Support enterprise-wide services including authentication, provisioning, federation, and directory platforms

  • Lead escalations and incidents, modify established procedures / approaches to suit specific situations including 24 x 7 support and coordination of recovery efforts.

  • Oversee and enhance current DevOps processes and practises.

  • Ensure all Scotiabank IT regulatory and compliance procedures are met.

  • Develop operational plans and procedures to improve service delivery time-to-market and system stability and reliability.

  • Measure and optimize system performance to push our capabilities forward.

  • Participate in defining SLIs, SLOs and SLAs for Enterprise Systems.

  • Partner with development teams to address outstanding production issues and rollout fixes.
