About the Role

Overview

Reporting into the Director, Sales Enablement and Operations, the SDR Enablement Specialist empowers our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and supports SDR Managers through impactful enablement programs. The role designs, administers, and executes onboarding and ongoing training experiences that drive SDR performance and opportunity generation. You will define, develop, and deliver sales development methodologies, best practices, and tools to help SDRs succeed in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Training and Coaching (30%)
    Design and deliver SDR‑specific training programs – onboarding, cold calling, prospecting, email outreach, social selling, and tech stack utilization. Provide value‑messaging training using customer stories, marketing collateral, and competitive insights. Measure success by reduced time to productivity and improved conversion rates.
