Job Description

On behalf of our client, Affinity is seeking a hands‑on Scrum Master to support the delivery of high‑impact digital initiatives within a modern, product‑oriented delivery (POD) model. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and business, helping fintech teams deliver secure, scalable, and customer‑centric solutions in a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment. You will play a critical role in driving execution, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring digital products are delivered on time, with quality and transparency.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of digital initiatives within a POD‑based operating model, supporting multiple workstreams where required.
• Partner closely with Product Owners to translate product roadmaps into executable delivery plans and sprint‑level commitments.
