What You'll Be Doing
Lead Agile Delivery
- Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile squads supporting Fraud Technology initiatives.
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Remove impediments and help teams maintain focus on delivery objectives.
