Scrum Master

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Scrum Master is responsible for supporting various clients and projects across our customer base by facilitating retrospective meetings at the end of each sprint/project to ensure the highest priority retrospective points are met to the customer's satisfaction. The primary job duties may include coaching scrum teams in all areas (including sprint reviews and planning), milestone tracking, holding daily stand-up meetings, and collaborating with engineering, product management, and quality control departments to ensure the project is completed according to specifications. Ensures that the team follows the scrum methodology and keeps the team on track, productive, and growing in ability.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Facilitate Scrum events (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective).
Coach and mentor Scrum teams on Agile principles, practices, and values.
Remove impediments that are blocking the team's progress.
