Scrum Master

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and maintain a prioritized backlog in ADO/GitHub. Apply T‑shirt sizing (S/M/L/XL); plan capacity against ~25 SU/sprint with a 20% buffer for support.
• Remove impediments, optimize flow, and enforce DoD for ETL/ELT items prior to
• external QA.
• Track and report sprint KPIs (Intake responsiveness, Cycle time, FPQ, MTTR,
• Timeliness).
• Coordinate US‑hours overlap and stakeholder reviews; manage spillover within service bounds.
• Partner with the BA and Tech Lead to balance scope vs. capacity and ensure predictable delivery.

Qualification

• Data: SQL Server, SSIS, DBT, Python, Fivetran
• BI/Reporting: Tableau, SSRS
• DevOps/Workflow: Azure DevOps (ADO), GitHub (migration/hardening)
• Governance: Collibra (lineage/catalog), Apigee/OutSystems (where applicable)
