About the Role
Scrum Master – Requirements & Qualifications
- 4-5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum and Kanban, including principles and best practices
- Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, Retrospective)
- Experience coaching teams on Agile methodologies and continuous improvement
- Ability to remove impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Prior experience in data analytics or data management projects is preferred
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is an advantage
