About the Role
Ascendion is seeking a motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our agile software development projects. This is a full-time position.
What you'll be doing
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices
Remove impediments and manage risks and dependencies
Support Product Owner with backlog refinement and prioritization
What we're looking for
At least 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile leadership role
Thorough understanding of Scrum framework and ability to effectively apply Scrum principles
Scrum Master certification or equivalent agile certification is preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
