Role Overview

The Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating Agile delivery within one or more Scrum teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and driving continuous improvement. This role focuses on optimizing team performance, removing impediments, strengthening Agile maturity, and aligning delivery execution with organizational objectives.
