Scrum Master RTE for Large-Scale CRM

Lead Agile delivery for Salesforce CRM transformation as a Scrum Master RTE. Drive alignment and quality across multiple Agile teams while managing complex enterprise environments.
In this role at Alithya, you'll leverage your 8 to 12+ years of Agile experience, including Scrum Master and RTE roles. You'll support scalable Agile execution and ensure alignment with business transformation objectives across Salesforce’s multi-cloud ecosystems. This position requires proficiency in leading multiple teams while fostering continuous improvement and removing impediments for steady delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach teams on Agile best practices and remove impediments
• Coordinate teams within Agile Release Train (ART)
• Lead PI Planning and Scrum of Scrums sessions
• Support end-to-end delivery of Salesforce CRM solutions
• Engage stakeholders and provide executive-level reporting
