About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master to lead Agile teams and drive delivery excellence. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Scrum and SAFe frameworks, capable of fostering collaboration, removing blockers, and enabling high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Coach teams on Scrum principles and SAFe practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog.
- Track sprint progress and Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.).
- Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and Agile maturity.
