You will balance your time between hands-on development and leadership responsibilities, ensuring robust and scalable network management solutions while advancing Agile maturity and team performance.

Design, develop, and maintain CNMS/EMS features for configuration, fault, performance, and service management.
Integrate scalable network management solutions with internal systems and external vendors.

Ensure system-level modeling, security compliance, and operational efficiency.
