- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of web and mobile platform features.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to define, refine, and prioritise backlog items.
- Identify and remove impediments to maintain sprint progress.
- Monitor team performance using Agile metrics such as velocity and burn down charts.
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Coordinate with designers, developers, and QA teams.
