Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced scrum master with strong expertise in Agile delivery frameworks and traditional SDLC (Waterfall/Hybrid) models. The role involves end-to-end ownership of delivery across cross-functional teams, financial tracking (PR/PO/billing), and managing stakeholder alignment in complex enterprise environments such as banking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile delivery across multiple workstreams while aligning with organizational SDLC standards

• Plan and manage project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Scrum/SAFe), and manage hybrid planning for audit/regulatory compliance

• Collaborate with business, IT, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless delivery

• Track and report project status, risks, and dependencies across offshore and onsite teams
