About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, production deployments, and documentation.
Coach the Scrum team on Agile best practices, principles, and the JIRA-centric software delivery process.
Act as a servant-leader by removing impediments that hinder the teams progress and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Collaborate closely with product and program owners in managing and prioritizing product backlogs, defining business requirements, resolving issues, and communicating delivery roadmaps.
Monitor team performance and track sprint progress using JIRA and other Agile tools, providing transparency through dashboards and reports.
Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders across various levels to ensure alignment and keep all parties informed on project status and updates.
