About the Role
Syone is looking for a Scrum Master to join our team in the banking area.
What you'll do:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective)
- Manage sprint execution and remove impediments impacting the team
- Support the Product Owner in backlog management and prioritization
- Ensure Agile best practices are applied according to the BNP Paribas Agile Framework
- Participate in Tribe ceremonies (QAP, Scrum of Scrums, etc.)
- Foster collaboration and effective communication among stakeholders
- Support onboarding of new team members
- Promote continuous improvement and a positive team environment
- Ensure relevant documentation is created and maintained
