About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Scrum Master to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to a fast-moving software team. This is a hands-on role focused on establishing Agile practices from the ground up in an early-stage, ambiguous environment.
You'll work closely with engineers and non-technical stakeholders to manage the product backlog, run effective sprints, and ensure the team delivers the right work—at a sustainable pace and with high quality.
This is a remote role | 25-40 hrs/week
What You'll Do
Agile Delivery & Team Facilitation:
- Implement and evolve Scrum practices in an environment without existing process
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives)
- Establish sprint cadence, velocity tracking, and continuous improvement rhythms
