Job Summary:
Drive Agile delivery for software development teams by ensuring proper sprint planning, tracking, and collaboration. Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Key Requirements :
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Ensure sprint goals, backlog refinement, and story estimations.
- Track team velocity and remove delivery blockers.
- Manage Jira boards and maintain sprint hygiene.
- Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.
- Drive Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Product teams for alignment.
- Support multiple teams if required across Java/GenAI projects.
