Job Overview
As a Scrum Master, you will support a multidisciplinary engineering team in a GenAI transformation initiative within the insurance sector at a regulated enterprise environment. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove blockers, coordinate cross‑functional teams, align engineering output with business priorities, and promote continuous improvement.

- Location: 90% Remote (Europe‑based) / 10% On‑site in Cologne, Germany
- Contract type: Employee or Contractor
- Target start date: July
- Working hours: Full‑time (40 hours per week)
- Compensation (Portugal): Annual gross salary between €40,000 to €55,000
- Compensation (Spain): Annual gross salary between €50,000 to €65,000
- Compensation (B2B/Contractor): €280 to €380 per day
